Brooklyn's Music Recital

For the past couple of months Brooklyn has been taking music classes from her aunt Jenee Prince. (Brooklyn with her cousin Olivia) I wasn't sure if she was liking it and if she was getting it down. Every time I would ask Jenee if she was doing good she always said yes. I still was unsure because every time I would pick Brooklyn up from her class and ask her what songs she sang she would either tell me that she didn't know or she would sing a little part. So that still made me worried that she just wasn't doing that well. So today was her recital. Now she didn't steal the show like she did with her dance recital, but she did steal my heart. Like I said about the dance recital once the music turns on something inside her turns on also. Today the music turned on and again she just amazed me. She knew the words so good to her songs. She was a little shy and didn't do most of the movements but she warmed up a little and did do a few. I am glad that I kept her in this class, and I will have her do it again soon. She is getting so big, well not in height but she is growing up so fast. I can't wait until I get to see the things that she will do in the future. I love this girl.
